1. Records Management Assistant

Holder of Secondary Education with Diploma in records management from any recognized College/Institution.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • To prepare file Index
  • To maintain records/ documents in the registry.
  • To file, dispatch and cross check correspondences.
  • To maintain diary and records for files movements.
  • To check and cross check mails, claims and returns.
  • To receive and register incoming and outgoing mails.
  • To receive previews, record and facilitate filling and distribute
  • To perform any duties relevant to the scope

A client is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the vacant post of Record Management Assistant. 

2.Audit Officer

Description

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
Minimum Experience: 3 years

Direct Entry Qualifications

Holder of Bachelor Degree/Advanced Diploma in preferably Accounting, Finance, Commerce or its equivalent from recognized University/Institution and ability to use relevant computer application software with at least three years' experience in Audit field.

Duties and Responsibilities

i. Undertaking auditing activities in the Centre

ii. Enforcing financial regulations and procedures.

iii. Continuously evaluating directorates performance with the view of maintaining high standards and keeping the staff morale high

iv. Assessing the degree of adherence to Centre's policies and regulations by different directorates

v. Conducting regular audits of all offices to ensure that up to date financial records are kept and that approved management and accountancy procedures are followed

vi. Ensuring that the Centre's assets are adequately controlled, safe guarded and insured

vii. Investigating frauds or misappropriations committed by staff

viii. Carrying out systems audit and analysis to ascertain the effectiveness of established policies, procedures and plans and where necessary recommending appropriate improvements

ix. Performing any other duties relevant to the scope of work that may be assigned by the Supervisor.
