Description


Duties and Responsibilities

The principal responsibilities are to:
Achieving Deposits targets - ensure that the monthly set deposit targets are achieved or exceeded
Achieving Loan targets – ensure that the monthly set loan targets are achieved or exceeded both in terms of numbers, volume as well as in terms of quality
Marketing bank products – ensure bank products marketing, promotion, delivery and quality are done in line with the Bank policies and procedures
Risk Management – ensure that the key risk related to bank products are effectively managed within the prescribed limits

Other tasks and responsibilities that will enable the fulfillment of the above noted responsibilities include:

Market the bank products and services
Solicit loan applications from potential borrowers, collect all required documentations and examine both the completeness and correctness
Visit and validate the loan application documentation regarding the business, collateral, Guarantors, including to obtain appropriate identification of the business ownership
Undertake appraisal of the loan applications including analysis of the data and evaluating the project to facilitate decision making
Inform the loan applicant on the decision made by the bank and the next steps recommended
Monitor credit facilities and financed projects to ensure repayment and proper use of funds
Develop a strong and quality loan portfolio in line with the set targets
Undertake proper loan recovery activities as prescribed by the bank
Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time

Qualifications and Requirements:

University Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Banking or related discipline.
At least three years banking experience in credit which includes evaluation of loan application proposals
Motivated and strong sales and marketing skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure tight deadlines to achieve sales targets

2. FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER

Description

Responsibilities

Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards

Preserve excellent levels of internal andexternal customer service

Design exceptional menus, purchase goods andcontinuously make necessary improvements

Identify customers’ needs and respondproactively to all of their concerns

Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting,training and appraising talented personnel

Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policiesand procedures

Provide a two way communication and nurture anownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork

Comply with all health and safety regulations

Report on management regarding sales resultsand productivity


Requirements

Proven food and beverage management experience

Working knowledge of various computer softwareprograms (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)

3.Construction Engineer

Responsibilities

Coordinate withproject manager and administer efficient working of construction process andmonitor life cycle of all projects and prepare all project controls and updateas per requirement and document all processes.

Provide technical supportto all management processes and maintain and update all logs and document allestimates and change orders for vendors and perform quantity survey with helpof different software and maintain compliance to an efficient project schedule.

Prepare physicallayout for all construction projects and coordinate with project manager toadminister and maintain all contracts and purchase orders and prepare aneffective work schedule.

Oversee allengineering processes in construction projects and provide subject matterexpertise as per requirement and perform regular tests on procedure to ensurecompliance to all regulations and evaluate all designs and drawings beforeimplementation.

Identify and resolveall technical issues in construction process prepare an effective schedule andprepare appraisal reports to be submitted to construction manager and procurematerials to prepare an effective construction schedule.

Manage and ensure allmaterials in compliance with required quality for all projects and prepare reportsfor all final project turn over and maintain records of all constructionprocedures and prepare progress reports for same.

Design and maintainall construction technical catalogs and prepare supplier data and interpret allcontract plans and specification and coordinate with all contractors to resolveissues in processes.

Maintain knowledge onall contract terms and legal requirements for all construction projects toavoid any delay in projects and provide support to all work groups andparticipate in various actively to ensure completion for all projects.

Evaluate all projectsand recommend various cost savings methods for same and organize and attendvarious staff meetings on weekly basis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or any related field

3-10 years ofexperience in Similar field
